Lessons learned

• At the beginning of May, I tried my best to maximize profit. However, all of my co-workers seemed to feel stressed and pressured. Through a number of meetings and having enough conversation, I could change and improve my leadership style. As a result, all of the colleagues had worked harder and engaged each other. Due to my introverted personality, I was afraid to meet new people at first. It was too shameful to speak loud and I got often panicked whenever I made mistakes. However, as time went by, meeting new people have felt more comfortable and I could handle most of their wants. My personality has become more active than before. Also, I am still glad that I could satisfy the customers’ asks and they could stay with satisfaction.

 

   Future plans

• Through this project, I have learned what I will need to know when I will run a business and I could have a practice previously before I have a job. No matter what project I will work on later in the future, I will not put too much emphasis on my greed. There should be a conversation with colleagues and work together to find the proper solution. Also, it should not be too obsessed with profits. I have learned that if I obsess too much with profits, not only me but also most of my colleagues will be stressed as well. Now, I could know a better way to interact with my colleagues as well as clients. I do not know what kind of job I will have in the future, but I think enough conversation is necessary regardless of the type of occupation. What I have learned from this project will help me a lot in the future.
